Historically, the clay and water is mixed into woollen cloth to absorb lanolin oil to remove greasy trace elements in cloth finishing process.
Fullers Earth is a clay material that has potency to de-colorises oil to promote a physical adsorption.
It helps in improves its Tintometer/Colorimeter readings too. Fullers's Earth contains Bentonite or Palygorskite. It acts as bleaching and surfactants and used extensively in refineries.
Fullers earth contains preeminent chemical elements such as Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, and aluminium.

Activated Fuller Earth Granular
The Pre-Sun dried raw ore is crushed, sorted to remove any unwanted impurities and louver dryer to maintain to optimum moisture of 6% to 9%. The Granular has strong de-colouring agent, higher adsorption rate and Optimum filtration time.The size of finished granular product varies from 5mm to 20 mm suited for processing like Milling and resultant powder is suitable for refining industry.

Fullers Earth Powder
Fullers earth is in powdered form, the clay contains from silica, iron, calcium, dolomite, calcite. Available colours such as White, Green, Blue, Brown or olive.
Textured form of aluminium silicate. Historically used for centuries to absorb impurities in oil. These are clay byproduct of the metamorphosis of rocks and minerals. Used in slow erosion of feldspar, a common mineral. Usually formed of volcanic ash.
Cat litters are clay-based, silica-based and bio-degradable. Clay cat litters are the oldest type of commercial cat litter and are still widely available.
Clay is used in cat litters because of its ability to absorb liquid., Crystallised cat litters are formed from a silica gel. This gel is absorbent and also provides odour control.
Though a large quantity of either clay or silica litter would need to be ingested to really be dangerous to your cat, biodegradable cat litters provide an alternative for those who are concerned about that possibility.
